I’m Jenny, founder of CasaVeda (House of Wisdom), a boutique academy and agency specializing in talent acquisition, team development, and curating world-class client experiences.
CasaVeda was born out of my core belief that the right team changes everything… and too many incredible women are still trying to be the whole team. With me as your growth partner and scaling strategist, we will turn your vision into a ripple effect at hyper-speed.
When I’m not building businesses behind the scenes, I’m homeschooling my two daughters and living an unconventional life with my husband Dave, splitting time between summers in Canada and winters on the Caribbean coast of Mexico.

I’m Erica, Operations and Client Experience Manager for CasaVeda, where I lead the execution behind the vision. I ensure every system, process, and client touchpoint is seamless, intentional, and held to the highest standard. I deeply care about people and have a passion for supporting their growth.
With a background as a business owner and entrepreneur, alongside experience in upper-level retail management, I bring both strategic thinking and operational precision to the work we do. I understand what it takes to build and scale a business from the inside out, and I’m deeply committed to creating structure that allows growth and always meets our standard of excellence.
Outside of business, I am the Worship leader at our local Church and can (and will!) sing karaoke in the car with Jenny any chance I get (we've been besties for over 10 years, did you know that?). Most importantly, I’m a wife and mother to two sweet girls! A role that grounds EVERYTHING I do and shapes how I lead, serve, and show up.
